Full reviews after the jump...

Movie:
In Short:
I am a frequent golfer, and I would estimate that 95% of the rounds I play involve at least one quote from Happy Gilmore.  Is the movie an 8.5/10 in the same way that Up in the Air or Bridesmaids is an 8.5/10?  Absolutely not.  But it is full of amazing one liners and Shooter McGavin is one of the most dislikeable bad guys of all time.  And as hard as I try, I still can't hit a golf ball any farther than about 15 feet using the Gilmore style.
Bagpipe-o-Meter:
8.5/10

Movie:
In Short:
It's a Best Picture winner and it involved Danny Boyle, so you know it's gotta be good.  The most amazing part of all is the cast of no name and first time actors and actresses and the amazing performances by each and every one of them.  The score by A.R. Rahman sets the tone for movie beautifully, and the huge Bollywood dance scene during the final credits serves as a great finale to a great movie.
Bagpipe-o-Meter:
9.0/10

Movie:
Tangled (2011)
In Short:
Classic Disney-esque story with some classic Disney-esque songs.  Outside of that nothing too special about this animated flick, but enjoyable nonetheless.  It gives an interesting twist to the Rapunzel story, and who knew the guy from Chuck (Zachary Levi) could sing?
Bagpipe-o-Meter:
7.0/10

Movie:
In Short:
Written by and starring Jason Segel (Marshall from How I Met Your Mother), this is a movie you can watch about once a week and never get sick of.  It is filled with hilarious characters, and it turned both Jason Segel and Mila Kunis into A-list stars.  Also, the songs from the Dracula musical are genius.  Segel's puppet work in this one led to him being involved in The Muppets movie, which I will no doubt be attending.
Bagpipe-o-Meter:
9.0/10
