"American Horror Story" looks pretty legit

FX has a new show premiering on October 5th called American Horror Story, and the information (Collider) I've read about it makes it sound very appealing.  It is from Ryan Murphy, who is currently working on Glee and previously created Nip/Tuck.  According to the shows Facebook page, it "revolves around The Harmons, a family of three who move from Boston to Los Angeles as a means to reconcile past anguish".  This quick preview has a very Nip/Tuck-ish feel to it, and that could be good because Nip/Tuck started out pretty amazing until it turned god awful at about season 3.  FX usually pumps out some quality programming, so I recommend you give this one a try on October 5th.
